Seamstress very familiar with designer, even knows him personally which helps
She did add a zipper inside to hold the top portion up firmer
No cups were sewn in so you may want to wear a strapless bra, but it holds up so well you may not even need too
Also the seamstress made a french bustle underneath with strings marked by matching colored bows so you know where to connect the ties
The length of the dress was perfect for me so we did not shorten the hemline
No other alterations made
