I'm size 6-8 in USA for reference.
My friend is two sizes smaller, she tried on this dress and it also fit her very well because of the adjustable corset. I would say as long as the hips are not wider than 45" it will fit well.
I can add my veil too if you like it, it's Waltz length 90", worn only for ceremony
