I went looking for a sleek silk jumpsuit and ended up with Leta - arguably the opposite, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Once I'd tried her on, I knew I would never have an opportunity to wear such an immaculate piece again and I would love to share how beautiful I felt in her with another bride.

Leta is soft and edgy, delicate and sexy, classic and modern all at once. She's a bridal gown in the truest sense of the word, with many delicate layers of the softest ivory tulle and a reasonably long train. I had a sparkly tulle layer added under the top floral motif layer, because why not, and I am so glad I did; as subtle as this addition was, it really made her pop in photos during golden hour.

The sheer corseted bodice with exposed boning brings a more modern edge to the gown. I had the white cups changed to cream to emphasise the sheerness. If you're a smaller busted woman like I am, fear not! This corset has been designed so impeccably that it stays up and in perfect position without falling or digging in. I wore the dress for over 10 hours with absolute comfort, no adjustments necessary.

Leta's standout features are her delicate (but sturdy) 3D floral appliqué that cover the corset and drip down her skirt, and her low back that comes together at the exact right position to show off the back. I had a bustle added by an exceptional wedding gown tailor who placed it partway up the connection of the dress, so you can hitch the train without obscuring any of the 3D flowers.

After being worn once for around 10 hours, she has been professionally dry-cleaned by a wedding dress specialist dry cleaner, and is being safely stored in a clean, smoke-free home, patiently awaiting her next bride.
