Jane Hill, Posie in Ivory

My absolute dream dress - sad to let her go!
This is Jane Hill Posie, but unique as I got it made with an Ivory underlay (rather than the almond it usually comes with).

I wanted something classic but a little bit sexy and something that would show off my figure.

Even more gorgeous in real life with the sparkles, the pictures don't do it justice.

Fits so perfectly with the waistband and was really comfortable.

The embroidery is just stunning and of incredible quality.

It has a gorgeous (but manageable) train with a secret loop right to the bottom for your wrist, or you can easily bustle it with the small invisible loop halfway down the train (which I opted for for my first dance).

Worn for 4hrs before I slipped into my party dress. Can share more pics of it in the bag at home if you like just ask.

I am an hourglass shape, so I had this made into split sizing (UK):
Bust - 8
Waist - 10
Hips - 13

No alterations other than the hem. It came a bit long at the front, so I had just that bit alone taken up a bit to fit. I'm 167 without heels and about 175 with the heels I wore on the day (Heel Height: approx. 11cm / 4.3 inches with a 3cm platform)

Professionally dry-cleaned and in perfect condition
No damage to the outside (there is a very tiny little graze on the inside of the lining that you can't see - I stood on it once inside when I was climbing the aisle)
