Vivienne Westwood, Vintage Vivienne Westwood Red Wrap Corset Gown

From Vivienne Westwood's Autumn/Winter 2013 Collection, as seen on the runway (pics attached). A red wrap gown with built-in corset, purchased at the iconic Tab Vintage in LA. 100% Silk. I wore this rare piece for a red carpet premiere for about one hour. In pristine, excellent condition - no flaws.

Slight scoop neckline, can be worn with straps or strapless as desired! Corset has the iconic Vivienne Westwood boning and stretch paneling that accommodates variation in sizing. This dress is incredibly fun and creative, since you can style the wrap portion as you'd like - you can make it empire waist or natural waist, you can tie it in the front or the back, etc. It has pearlescent interior button closures, featuring deep purple interior contrast lining. The leg slit is stunning and you can adjust how high the slit lands with buttons. Slightly asymmetrical pocket raised drape at right side hip.

I am a 26.5" waist but because of the flexibility of the corset, it can fit up to 30" waist. I am 5'3", but wore 5inch heels, and there is extra hem tucked in at the hem, so this dress can accomodate heights up to 5'9" tall.

This is truly a gem of a dress, an archival Vivienne Westwood runway piece. It's versatile and artful. So sad to sell but I know this would be an incredible look for a bride.
