- However, a degree of wear and tear from being tried on in-store is to be expected
- Specifically: damage to the zipper and/or buttons, wear and tear or marks along the sides of the zipper (from being handled/clipped/pinned), plus slight discoloration
- Gown is a size 8, but as a floor sample frequently tried on, it's important to note that it may have stretched and fit slightly bigger in places
- This particular gown is in fair condition, with the most noticeable damage being a tear in the top left bodice panel at the back of the gown caused by clipping; this panel would either need to be replaced by fabric that comes off in the hem or by shortening the train, or by creating a lace-up corset style back, otherwise the sample would be best suited for a petite bride that would need the dress to be taken in by several inches
