18W with zero alterations to the bodice. Length was altered and hits the floor. I am a bit over 5'7" and wore flat Converse shoes. I also had a bustle added. There are 5 buttons to bustle the train. Alterations alone cost me over $500. I absolutely LOVE this dress, and I'd like it to get used again for another happy occasion. It needs to be dry cleaned but is otherwise in very good condition.
