From Tony Ward's Ocean Breeze collection, a tulle dress featuring beaded silver embroidery and a voluminous layered skirt.
The sparkly dress is an illusion high neck A-line with horsehair tulle. The layers underneath the tulle have a pattern with silver details. I thought this design fit the mermaid design I was looking for but after buying it, I realized the neckline was too high for me.
