Leah design fit and flare dress, off the shoulder lace straps, with lace up back.. size 12 but could either be pulled tighter or made looser with the lace up back...full train with strap to hold the train if wanting to or it has a concealed button to hitch it up so it holds it up off the ground..
For extra flare I also have a tulle petticoat
As new condition and has been dry cleaned and boxed
