I paid for the dress but I changed my mind - the dress is brand new, never worn and never altered to me.
Can be shrinked to a smaller size in a corset and cut the length.
The corset has a zipper but underneath that is the lacing that helps with fitting.
The straps can be worn or as an off shoulder ones.
