Georgia Young Couture’s Pepper Gown was an absolute dream to wear on my wedding day. I loved its unique detailing, striking asymmetry, and sculptural silhouette. Made from metallic jacquard, the fabric has a subtle sheen while still providing structure, making it perfect for someone who wants a gown that feels both fitted and architectural.

The dress is a label size 8 but was professionally altered at Inpira in Fitzroy to fit a size 6 waist. The alterations were done with care, leaving room to let it back out to its original size 8 if needed. I am 165 cm tall without shoes and wore platform heels of about 8 cm, which made me 173 cm in height with shoes, so the gown is tailored to that length.

It has been dry cleaned at Syndals Dry Cleaner in Armadale and is ready to be worn again. The gown features a modern train with a tie bustle, allowing it to move beautifully during the ceremony and then be worn comfortably on the dancefloor.
