I paid $1400 + $380 for alterations. Had buttons added to the back and an embelished wristlet to the bottom to hold up the dress when I walked around (instead of a bustle).

The tag is a size 10 but this was altered to fit the following measurements:
Chest: size 2, measures 34C
Waist: size 4, measures 27
Hips: size 8, measures 38
I’m 5’3 and wore 3.75” heels with a 1.25” platform, length was taken in so that it touches the floor
