Elegant and fun Issa Shrug by Halfpenny London, worn once on my wedding day. Beautifully crafted and in almost perfect condition, with no visible flaws. A timeless bridal piece that adds effortless sophistication to any look. Originally retailed for over £1,000.
It only comes in one size with elastic around the arms, I was around a size 12/14 whilst wearing it.
Measurements for upper arm is around 9inches (with no stretch) up to around a maximum of 14 inches fully stretched.
Dion dress being sold seperately, but very happy to do a package deal.
