This stunning Berthe dress by the designer Mademoiselle de Guise (bought at The Mews Bridal, Notting Hill) was worn to my wedding this year (August 2025), and is in excellent condition.
When searching for dresses comfort was key for me and this dress fit like a glove, felt comfortable and and flowed beautifully when I was walking down the aisle.
The high neck, cap/ short sleeved top features delicate lace embroidery, and the skirt is a triple layer silk skirt. The skirt has a bustle added and was altered at the hem to fit my height of 5 foot 5 inches, plus 4 inch heels. As seen in the images, it hit the floor at the front and has a slightly longer train at the back.
