This stunning dress is a timeless beauty with a universally flattering A-line silhouette and full flowing skirt. It's a beautiful ivory satin that is incredibly soft, breathable, and comfortable. It moves elegantly and has 3 points for a bustle on the back skirt. I didn't want a second dress so I specifically looked for a material that I knew I could dance and sit in all night and honestly I didn't even want to change out of the gown for a second the entire 13 hours I had it on because it's so comfortable! I barely needed to alter it because it is so adjustable on its own with a bra clasp with 3 different settings under the zip on the back (so easy I could put it on and take it off myself). My measurements are 36" bust, 28-29" waist, and 40" hips. It is definitely adjustable - I put the highest bra clasp on the loosest setting in order to not push my back fat too noticeably and the other clasps on the tightest setting to feel secure and cinch my waist in. Since it's an a-line skirt, the lower body can fit a wide array of sizes. I had the length in the front hemmed to barely graze the ground (~5'9"), the sides of the bust were taken in just slightly maybe ~1 inch total, and cups were sewn in that can be easily cut out if needed. The fabric draping and pearl detailing plus the hint of corset boning adds enough intrigue to make it stand out from other dresses. A very well loved and admired dress, would love to give it another chance to be celebrated! It has already been dry cleaned and stored in a box.
