I wore this dress for a few hours on my wedding day, and photos of me wearing it are available. The only alteration made was the being taken up- I also have the excess hem material, should it be required. Additionally, I had the dress professionally lined for added comfort and finish. The skirt is fully lined, and the top with removable breast inserts.
