Custom made Brides and Tailor in the style Sarah. The measurements line up to approx a US 22, but it has a corset back and I can provide the exact measurements it was designed off on request. It was altered to have a bustle and pockets. I'm almost 6ft tall (I wore flat shoes) so there's plenty of room to get it hemmed still. I only wore it for the ceremony so it's pretty much like new. 3ft train and ballroom style bustle.
