14 layers of tulle. sequin on outer layer of tulle. model pictured has bigger chest than I did when I wore it, there are cups in the dress that can be removed for larger chests, or worn for smaller chest. I was 125 lbs 5'6" low heels.
dress is in excellent shape, only worn for 2 hours. Cleaned.
