It’s strapless with a sparkly beaded bodice and a flowy A-line skirt that’s light, romantic, and so flattering on a smaller frame. Dress was made specifically for my petite bridal business so you will not need to have huge amount chopped off the bottom. I am 4'11 so I know how hard it is to find dresses that fit.
