Beautiful Maggie Sottero lace wedding dress, worn once in 2022 and originally purchased for £1,800 with £300 of professional alterations.
The dress has been professionally altered to suit a tall bride (6ft 2in), with additional length added at the bottom using an extra hem of lace material and alterations made to the straps to make them longer. This made the V of the neckline too low of a plunge so the mesh was removed and the V stitched up a little to keep it modest. This dress is an ideal option for taller brides who often struggle to find enough length in standard gowns or find the waist doesn't sit in the right place or straps are too short.
The dress is a classic lace design with a stunning train. There is a tear on the train, which has been fully reflected in the price and is shown clearly in photos. This would be suitable for repair, trimming, or bustle adjustment if desired.
The dress has not been professionally dry cleaned as it is suitable for hand wash or machine hand wash setting which I have done. This makes it practical and easy to refresh at home.
This dress is so comfortable and easy to move around in as you can see by the photo on the bouncy castle.
