This is a Millie May MG084 dress with three quarter length sleeve and diamonte belt added. It has bust cups built in. It is very easy to wear, it is a very comfortable lace top with a very lightweight chiffon skirt.
Even though the tag says size 18, it was altered to a size 12-14.
