I bought the Celine dress by Karen Willis Holmes for my small wedding in the Scottish highlands as it made me feel ethereal (I've called it my Galadriel dress) with the stunning beadwork and sleeves. However, I never wore it outside of alterations as I went with something very simple in the end that felt slightly more "me."

It's a gorgeous dress that, although fitted and with enough support, felt quite comfortable. The gown is stored away in a box, and I air it out a few times a year (mainly so I can admire it). With the beading, it feels very sturdy and satisying to pick up. There's a very, very slim chance I'd ever have a reason to wear this gown and I'd like her to go to someone who will treasure her more than I've been able to.

I am shorter and curvy, and I think this gown would look stunning on anyone.
