The train was slightly shortened to avoid dragging and people stepping on it, and for easier dancing. Despite the intricate beading, the dress did not feel heavy - it felt very secure since there is a built in corset lining. It was very comfortable and easy to move around in.

Note: The measurements listed are my actual measurements that the dress was tailored to fit. I had one layer of mesh lining taken out for a more sheer look, but it was very subtle.
