Loved wearing this dress! It is a size US 8 but was altered to fit the measurements listed (hip doesn't matter tho since it is A-line). I am usually a size US 4 dress if it is A line. If you are in the DC area, I am happy to arrange a meeting where you can try it on!
I am 5'5 and this was hemmed to touch the floor when I was just wearing an inch heel. Also removed the train which I loved because it was so easy to wear, zero fuss.
