The Elkins gown is described on the Anne Barge website as a, "dramatic pointed strapless A-line gown of Peony Printed Satin with simplistic bodice draping and buttons to the hem." The floral satin is absolutely stunning in person. The gown comes with sleeves that can be worn (they do not attach to the gown, just elastic on the arm).
