This beautiful wedding dress features a classic A-line silhouette with a soft, flowing skirt made from multiple layers of fine tulle (netting), giving it a light, romantic movement. The bodice has a slight scoop / soft square neckline with spaghetti straps and a mid-back finish, keeping the look elegant and timeless. I purchased the dress new in March last year for my wedding in July, and it was a lovely dress to wear on the day. It was incredibly comfortable and easy to move around in, which was really important to me. I wanted a dress I could dance in, and this one was perfect - light, floaty, and giving a beautifully romantic feel throughout the day and evening. The dress has undergone custom alterations, including: - Boning added to the bodice to provide extra bust support (my bust size is 34DD). This boning can easily be removed or adjusted by a seamstress if a smaller size or different fit is needed. This all said, I found it challenging to find a dress suitable for my bust size and that was why I purchased it so close to my wedding date. I was really pleased with the final look! - The waist was taken in for a more tailored fit and the dress was lifted/hemmed, however I am still quite tall (approx. 171 cm, and 176 cm with heels) so if you are shorter than me, it should be very straightforward to have it taken up further. - The dress has been professionally dry cleaned but, as I wore it again later in the last year to show my grandmother who wasn't able to attend the wedding, I am currently having it dry cleaned again so it should be ready to view in the next couple weeks. There was some very slight discoloration at the bottom hem from being outdoors on the day of the wedding but it has been thoroughly treated! - There are also a few tiny holes in the bottom layers of the tulle, which is fairly typical with this fabric. They are not noticeable at all unless you are actively searching for them - I only spotted them after the first dry clean, and they do not affect the overall look or wearability of the dress.
