I'm 5'7" wearing 4" heels in this dress. It is long.

Bustle for the train is included.

The measurements I had while wearing it were bust-33", waist-28", and hips-37.5". There's no room for this dress to be let out but it can be taken in if needed.

There is a small imperfection that didn't come out during dry cleaning. Photo is shown.
