Alterations & Fit
All of our bridal gowns are designed with professional alterations in mind.
The dress can be shortened or lengthened, as sufficient fabric allowance has been incorporated.

Gowns with sleeves are designed to accommodate various arm sizes and can be taken in or let out. We recommend alterations by an experienced bridal tailor.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that the bridal gown is returned in exactly the same condition as received.

Before shipment, detailed photos and videos are taken of each dress to document its condition.

To be eligible for a return, the gown must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any form of dirt
• Undamaged (no pulls, tears, alterations, or marks)
• In its original condition
• With the security ribbon and one-time seal fully intact

If there is any damage, soiling, staining, or signs of wear, the return will be refused.
Each dress is shipped with a one-time security ribbon/seal.

If this ribbon or seal is removed, cut, damaged, or tampered with, the dress is considered worn and is not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Returned items must be shipped using insured, trackable shipping with signature confirmation.

If the buyer chooses to return the item without insurance and/or tracking, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the shipment.

If a return shipment is lost, delayed, or does not arrive, and insured trackable shipping was not used, no refund will be issued.

Custom duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders are shipped using insured, trackable shipping with signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees (if applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are non-refundable.

Security Tag Policy
Each bridal gown is shipped with a one-time security ribbon and seal attached.
The dress may only be returned if the security ribbon and seal remain fully intact.
If the ribbon or seal is removed, cut, damaged, or tampered with, the gown will be considered worn and is not eligible for return.

This security measure is in place to protect both the bride and the integrity of our gowns.
