This Martina Ilana wedding dress (model #1164) was altered to fit a 5'-6" bride in heels. Made from organza with a soft moscato underskirt and an ivory lace overlay, it has a subtle shimmer because of the beading. The V-neckline, sheer illusion straps, and open back give it a light, modern feel.
The layers of floral patterns, applique, and the fabric buttons running down along the train were my favorite part of the dress. The crinoline has been removed, giving the dress a more relaxed, fluid silhouette, making it easier to walk in. The dress has 5 layers of fabric. It was so comfortable to wear, and the bustle was easy.
I bought this as a sample sale dress, so it was tried on in-store but never worn for a wedding until my own. I received so many compliments. I hope someone else can enjoy the dress as much as I did.
A drop veil (waltz length 54") is included.
Note: the dress was still a tad bit long so 5'-7" or 5'-8" with heels would be good too depending on your preference. I am a size A/B cup and I made it work, but if you're a bustier C, the cups would actually fit better for you as it was still quite big on me. See more photos here: https://posh.mk/160tI8LPS1b
