The Dress

I Bought my beautiful dress at the Jennifer Gifford studio in Brisbane early 2016. I requested lace to be added to the bodice and the back lowered with spaghetti straps added. She is a beautiful Ivory colour with the most exquisite corded lace I've ever seen. She has a front split, which not only looks amazing but made it much easier to walk in. You can also add your own cups to the bust area if you are slightly smaller busted like myself. I also purchased a long sleeve bolero from an Israeli designer Angelika Liv which I wore during the ceremony, I will also include this. I also purchased an ivory veil from Jennifer Gifford that I will give with dress. She is incredibly comfortable and I hope makes someone as happy as I was wearing it.

I had a third lining removed as it made the dress very stiff and uncomfortable, and had originally tried it on with just the two layers. It sits a lot more naturally on the body without it and is soooo soft on your skin which is definitely what you want on your wedding day.

Our wedding was featured on the nouba wedding blog it's under 'Emma and Jeremy's vintage Australiana wedding in Broome' where you can see lots of other pics of the dress etc. It has been dry cleaned and is in immaculate condition with no stains or discolouration. I changed into a second dress later in the evening so dress has had minimal wear.
