Wedding dress purchased in 2017 -- it's a sweetheart neck, silk band at the waist, and straight line satin fabric under a tulle fabric layer on the bottom. The top portion is a delicate embroidery with some beaded accent detail. The train isn't too long, it's a modest length, and the dress buttons in the back. The alterations did place a hook for the train to cinch up and be out of the way. I am a small framed female and not real busty so there is extra padding sewn into the breast portion of the dress. I'm 5'5, was around 115 pounds, bust is 30DD or 30E, waist is around 25, hips 35.The dress was promptly taken to be cleaned and preserved, it has not been removed from the protective seal. I do not recall the designer name but the dress was purchased in Edmond, Oklahoma at Bella Rose (https://www.bellarosebridal.biz). I would describe the condition is very good - dress was only worn once but it was an outdoor wedding. There are no spills or stains to my knowledge and it was cleaned prior to being preserved.
