Selling my beautiful Monique Lhuillier wedding gown. I purchased it from another bride here on Still White, but ultimately chose a different dress for my wedding. I only tried it on once, and it fit me perfectly.

The previous bride had all alterations done by Taz at the Monique Lhuillier showroom on Madison Avenue, their top alteration specialist.

Measurements after alterations:
• Bust: 36”
• Waist: 30”
• Hips: 40.5”

The dress was originally a size 12, but Monique Lhuillier runs large — it fits like a street size 2–4. The previous bride was 5'5" and 130 lbs, and I found the fit to be spot‑on.

Alterations include:
• Hemming (so the gown doesn’t drag)
• Added American bustle
• Expert tailoring throughout

The gown was only worn for the ceremony and about 30 minutes of the reception, so it is in excellent condition with no damage.

I’m including the veil and bolero for free. The bolero sleeves were altered for width and length (exact measurements unknown). Please note: one button is missing from the top of the bolero jacket — since it’s an included free piece, you may choose to replace the button or simply use the bolero as-is. The veil is catherdral length with a blusher.

The entire set has been professionally cleaned, preserved, and wrapped in muslin by Andrew Howard Cleaners in Syosset, NY. Since the dress has been opened to be tried on my me.

This dress is truly stunning, impeccably tailored, and ready for its next bride.

Waist 30, hips 40.5, bust 36, height 5'4 (dress was worn with 4" heels or 5"8 if helpful to see where the bottom of the dress falls preferred it to float just above the floor vs drag)
