I'm 5ft6in, 36in bust and cup B, 28 waist for reference (I'm pictured and size 10). Has been partially altered - as you'll see, it requires the zip to be re-fastened to complete the alteration (minor change for a seamstress).

Rose buds with pearls inside, with sequins, detail the full dress. The skirt has a chiffon double layer, blush colour, which gives lovely definition to the detailing.
