This beautiful dress was originally purchased a size 10, but we had a professionally altered and adjusted from the back and also hemmed. I am 5 “2 without shoes. The shoes that I wore were only one and a half inch heels and it was perfect. It has a bustle with nine hoops. It was worn only for four hours and it is completely intact.
