The dress is a empire waist, low back, strapless, A-line polyester dress. It has a sheer cover over the bottom and a long rounded train. Embroidery and beading on the top is a floral pattern with buttons on back. It is breathable and light flowy material great for indoor/outdoor wedding or the beach where my wedding was, so you won't get too hot. It has a wrist strap to hold up the train for walking or dancing if needed. I am not sure of the designer, there is no tag stating it just a size tag and I don't remember or have the receipt anymore stating it.
