This is an ex-sample in good condition, but does require cleaning and minor TLC, reflected in the price. Please note:

* A few faint pulls/snags in the satin (not structural, but visible on close inspection)
* Dusty hem
* General handling wear consistent with a boutique sample

All issues are cosmetic and should significantly improve with professional dry cleaning and, if desired, very minor repairs.
