Lisha gown and overskirt by Jessica Coutures (stocked at Raffaele Ciuca). The skirt is attached via buttons and can be removed (see picture three and four). The dress has a hidden zip.
For reference, I normally wear a size 8-10 and am 152 cms but was wearing 10cm heels.
