I purchased this dress and had it taken in in the bust/hips/hem, but my tailor cut it too short for my height so I had to find a new dress. It has a french bustle and is unworn (only worn for fittings)
I'm 5'9", but it would work perfectly for someone 5'8" or shorter. I'm about 165 lbs and have included a photo of me in the dress for reference so you can see the alterations.

- small mark on the bust near armpit but will easily come out with water, tiny pull near waistline
