The dress is simple but very elegant. The shirt is organza silk and is beautiful (I took it off for dancing). The shirt has a high neck and puff sleeves with lovely buttons on the cuffs. I absolutely loved wearing this combination together. It needs a proper steam. There are a couple of tiny holes in the shirt and marks on the dress (it has been professionally dry cleaned).
