A modern, chic ballgown with bow details. Of note, my husband and I had gotten married civilly prior to our wedding and I was 14 weeks 5 days pregnant in the professional photos from our wedding day. I liked how the dress fitted me pre-pregnancy with smaller bust, and I’ve included photos of how the dress fit me before I was pregnant! Even in pregnancy, the dress made me feel incredibly beautiful and confident.
Pre pregnancy, I was a size small/medium, with reformation and realization par size medium and rouje size 38 fitting me best. I could still fit into my clothes on my wedding day but my bust and waist were definitely bigger.
If you look up photos of Ines di Santo Calder dress online, there’s more of a “pouff” to the dress due to the crinolines, but I had this removed as it looked much more chic and modern without them. I can send the crinolines and extra fabric from the hem with the dress in case it can be used. I also added a bustle and can send you the bustling video for reference.
The dress has been professionally dry cleaned in Japan. I can ship it from Japan (where it is currently is located) or the USA (though I will need some extra lead time to ship). For those in the Fukuoka, Japan or Cambridge, MA area, we can try to arrange for you to try it on before purchase.
