Custom Made Vintage-Inspired Tea Length Wedding Dress – Cream – UK 10 Top / 12-14 Bottom

Beautiful custom-made wedding dress, created in 2014 and inspired by vintage 1950s/1960s tea-length bridal styles.

The dress features a fitted satin bodice with a sweetheart neckline and illusion lace overlay, finished with intricate floral embroidery with delicate bead and sequin detailing. The skirt falls to mid-calf and has multiple layers underneath to create a full, structured silhouette with lovely volume.

The back has a concealed zip, hook-and-eye fastening and a row of satin-covered buttons running all the way to the neckline. There is also light built-in bust padding.

Colour

Please note that this dress is now a warm cream/champagne cream colour throughout. It was originally a lighter white-cream shade when made, but over time has mellowed to a richer cream tone, most likely due to age and storage. I think the colour is beautiful and suits the vintage-inspired style perfectly, but I want to be completely transparent and have included plenty of photographs.

Condition

Good pre-loved condition. The dress was custom made in 2014 and has been carefully stored since. The main thing to note is the change in colour described above. Please refer to the photographs for the current colour and condition.

The bodice is fitted to just below the ribs, while the skirt is full and forgiving, so there is more flexibility in the hip and lower body measurements.

This is a very flattering dress that creates a beautiful feminine silhouette and is comfortable to wear. It would be perfect for a vintage-inspired wedding, registry office ceremony, garden wedding or anyone looking for something a little different from a traditional floor-length gown.

Sad to let it go, but I'd love for it to make someone else feel as special as I did wearing it.
