Collette Dinnigan, Lace & Ramie

Collette Dinnigan Lace and Ramie gown from the Snow White Collection.

This white floor-length summery dress in luxurious ramie provides an effortlessly beautiful, ethereal look for a wedding.

The lace bodice has a V-neck and an empire waist with five buttons on the back. The skirt is an A-Line silhouette that is detailed with tucks, spoke stitching and lace details. This gown suits busty and curvy figures.

Keep the look simple with minimal accessories or a beautiful fresh flower garland and barefoot in the sand! The only accessory that I wore was a Samantha Wills beaded/ jewelled bridal headpiece. I also wore embellished silver sandals.

The tag reads: 100% Ramie (skirt), Lining 100% Ramie, Bodice 100% cotton, Bodice Lining 97% silk and 3% Spandex. *

This gown was purchased from the Melbourne Chapel Street store in late 2011 for $1890.

The gown was only worn once and is in brand new condition. The length was altered to fit my 168cm height (wore flat shoes and it nearly touched the floor) but has a hem of 4cm. I also have 13cm of fabric that was cut off the bottom which could be easily reattached because of the tucks at the bottom of the dress.

The gown has been professionally dry cleaned and is in its original gift box. It comes with a Collette Dinnigan cotton gown bag. I have all receipts and swing tags so it really is just like new.
