This is a completely custom Modern Trousseau's Laurel gown in ombré blue. The original design was in ombré pink, but I requested blue instead which Modern Trousseau agreed to do. I was told that this is only one of two Laurel gowns in ombré blue so it's nearly one of a kind.

The dress is extremely lightweight and very flowy. I loved dancing and spinning around in it. My ceremony and reception were all indoors, but this would be a perfect dress for an outdoor wedding as well.

The train is chapel-length. There are two bustles: one on the bottom satin layer and the second one on the outer layers of silk organza. The gown is flawless!

The original price of the gown was $3,600, alterations for the bustle were $600, and the gown has been professionally cleaned and preserved in acid-free container at $600. Altogether, I had spent $4,800 on this stunning gown, but all very much worth it. I hope it brings the next bride as much joy as it has brought me!
