Dear bride-to-be

It took me almost a decade (yes!) to come to the emotional decision to sell my beautiful wedding gown. Why did I keep it so long.....sentiment! It is a very treasured memory and the only physical token I have left of my special day....but, someone else may also fall in love and have such a glorious day in this dress.

My Constantina Aluara ( Benjamin Roberts Premium range ) was bought at Red Rose Bridal boutique, Sutton Coldfield, UK in 2006 for £1200. Alterations to the hemline were made by the boutique. The dress can also be bustled for dancing. (Our wedding dance was a cha cha cha!) No other alterations were necessary.

The dress colour is gold but can also be described as cream tulle with gold to dusky coloured intricate crystal beading on bodice. Lace up corset back with modesty panel. Can be worn with spagetti straps or strapless. Dress was dry cleaned and packed away in a handmade custom wedding gown box with acid free tissue paper and kept as per storage instructions since our wedding.

The dress moves easily once bustled, accentuates the waistline and the way the embroydery is placed, lenghens and flatters the upper body. I felt like a princess!! ( I am appr 1,62m tall and weighed appr 60kg at the time).

Hope you will fall in love with her as much as I did.....once I tried her on, no other dress came close!!
