Dress is in great condition, dry-cleaned and professionally boxed with acetate paper.
This dress was only sold in Bergdorf's in New York and Brown's in London and was from Giambattista Valli's (Italian haute couture designer) first bridal collection. I was the only bride to buy the dress in London as it was only on sale during a week's trunk show - so it is exclusive and unique. The dress is surprisingly light and easy to wear and could suit hot locations. It's a gorgeous dress that really shows off a slim figure, accentuating the waist and bust. The corseted waist is a stretch fabric, so very comfortable with grosgrain ribbon that can be tied in the front or back. The train can be looped up into a bustle for later in the evening. The colour is a subtle ivory and will suit pale complexions as well as those with more colour.
