What if the shipping address is incorrect?

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly during checkout, the transaction will need to be canceled and a new payment made.

Sellers may only ship their items to the address displayed on their order, and this address cannot be changed after payment is made.

Canceling an order

If payment is still pending, the buyer should cancel the transaction through PayPal, otherwise the seller will need to do it. Once the original payment is canceled, the seller will need to make a new offer so the buyer can correct their address during checkout.
