buyerI thought it was excellent and I would recommend your site far superior to going to bridal shops where you have to order a dress and then wait 4 months for it to arrive and for some gowns 6 - 8 months and then get alterations done at additional excessive costs as when you order a gown it is not to your exact measurements. Also bridal shops allow only one hour to try on. If they do sell any off the rack gowns they are in a tatty condition and only 25% of the original price. After 6 visits to bridal shops and much frustration I would definitely recommend new brides go straight to your site. Thank you.MoreDebra, Perth

buyerDear Stillwhite, I tried on my dream wedding dress in a shop a few weeks ago and fell in love with it. I looked at the price tag - it was £100s above my budget. Luckily, that evening, I found Stillwhite whilst googling second hand wedding dresses. The very dress was HALF THE PRICE that it was in the shop! I messaged the owner, Sarah, who was great at messaging me back really quickly. She told me the measurements of the dress and we negotiated the postage costs. Once the dress was posted, I was really excited throughout the whole 8 day wait. I was a bit apprehensive about the dress travelling from Australia to the UK but it was a tracked parcel so we both knew that it would be safe. Anyhow, it arrived today and I absolutely love it! I love wearing it! Sarah packaged the dress really well and it has hardly creased at all. Thank you so much Stillwhite - without you, I wouldn't have been able to afford my dream dress. I have been recommending Stillwhite to all my friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Have you thought about doing second hand veils and shoes, too? I need those as well! And they $20 fee is easy to pay and then you don’t have to worry about percentage of sale and random fees like other websites. buyerHonestly I wasn't really looking to buy online, just looking around for dress ideas but I chanced upon this site and was so amazed at the selection. Payment was also secure and easy. Found a beautiful dress belonging to a most polite and accommodating seller who had the dress shipped from UK to Asia for me. Great experience with the seller and on this portal. My only little gripe would be that messages take awhile to be delivered to the recipient but apart from that I am very pleased.More

Only thing that I was not so happy with is that the payment proces was not as smooth and easy as I had hoped for considering it was such a major purchase. Really appreciate the integrated Paypal link, as it immediately highlighted that the seller had inadvertently inserted a non-PayPal registred email address. This notification allowed myself and the seller to quickly resolve the issue, avoiding any possible confusion regarding me not sending payment or her not accepting the agreed upon payment. I will definitely encourage others to use the site, as well as post my dress for resale after the big day!.More

sellerI did manage to sell my dress, after having it up for about 3 months. What I didn't realize when I put it up is that you do need to pay for promoting your dress in order to sell it, which makes it more expensive than it first seems to sell through this site.
