Bit of a long-winded system having to message the seller instead of buying the dress immediately or making an offer. Think listings should be reviewed regularly to make sure they haven't been sold on another platform. Missed out on my dream dress due to this system. Otherwise this is a great idea.

I discovered Still White while in a different relationship. I would spend hours looking at dresses and liking them. This came back to bite me in the butt when the relationship ended. That all said, when my future husband proposed, Still White was on my radar. It wasn't until after multiple disappointing dress appointments that I finally searched for secondhand dresses in the style I had come to adore. I found my dress! After a brief panic over a failed transaction on a different site, I was able to purchase the dress of my dreams through Stillwhite. All of that to say, I highly recommend Still White. It's excellent for locating secondhand dresses and uses a unique style of contact-first to purchase.

I really enjoy the platform, it is easy to use and a great option for reselling wedding dresses. It took longer to sell than I was hoping and I had to drop the price - I did not want to up my subscription because I didn't feel that would really change much. I also wish there were other payment options offered when selling.

the paid service to get my dress on the homepage did not seem to benefit me at all. I watched my stats for that one week where I was on promotion and viewer count remained the same/lower if anything. I would like a refund for that week. there should be a way to filter by the waist/height/bust/hips instead of just the one number for the size. if people mislabel the size (or the sizes are inconsistent among brands, which happens a lot), you're filtering out a lot of potential dresses paypal seems to side with buyers more than sellers. this made the dispute process difficult and seemed unfair needing to click into the website to view the message (when I get an email notification that there is a message) is annoying. it would be nice to see the message within the email body and reply from the email itself I do like that the platform does not take a cut of the sale. the initial price to list is appropriate

StillWhite's interface is easy to use and I liked all of the options to list dress features and measurements. The extra paid feature for $35 also made sure my dress was seen by a lot of buyers and is more than worth it in the long run when you make a sale. I was able to sell my dress in 2 weeks!

I love stillwhite. I recommend it to literally everyone. The wedding dress industry is wild - thousands of dollars for a dress you'll wear once?? So having a worldwide(ish) platform where people can resell them is amaazing. The platform overall is great. Zero complaints. But the search is the best. You can filter by almost anything. Searching on other websites, comparatively, is so disappointing. Seriously, 5 stars.
