My daughter fell in love with a designer dress that was out of her price range and also needed alterations. I read multiple recommendations to use valid websites to purchase pre-owned wedding dresses with real reviews and the ability to communicate, ask questions, get additional pictures, and negotiate price. Stillwhite was one of the recommendations. I located the exact designer dress, exact size and color with all of the alterations she needed already done. After exchanging multiple messages and pictures with the seller who was gracious and lovely to communicate with, I felt confident to make the purchase. The dress arrived exactly as described and shown in pictures. My daughter was beyond thrilled and the alterations were all great with only one minor additional alteration needed. It allowed me as mom to be the hero that got my only daughter her dream dress for a third of the cost of the bridal store. PayPal guarantee was also a big plus for confidence in payment. I found it really really easy to use. I loved how there is multiple filters to make finding your dress easier. I went and tried on 3 different dresses in 3 different bride's houses. I wish more ppl in the US bought gowns on this website vs Australian mainly. Esp ppl with a bigger budget who love luxury and can afford to splurge but want to be thrifty. There are plenty of women in the luxury space that shop secondhand. For two years I got lowballed by people who don't have enough money to shop for a luxury item like a $15,000 wedding gown. I wish the marketing targeted women who can afford to spend $7000 even if they can't afford $14,000. Versus a customer base that can only afford $2000 or $3000. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends with luxury designers dresses resell their gowns here bc even though it may sell only the customer win not the sellers. It's a deterrent from selling here if the clientele isn't able to afford the prices.

Still White was an easy to use seamless sale process. It took sometime to sell my dress however I was able to keep my listing until it sold for no extra. The communication platform was straight forward and notifications were received via email when new messages had been received.

I thought it was pretty hard to get your dress sold with out paying for promotions. In my specific instance it was an urgent sell because I am wearing a different dress for my wedding so I needed to sell this one to use to pay for other wedding related items. If you were already married and not in a rush to sell it would be fine.

I am happy with the experience. I am not happy with the extra fee that PayPal takes out. I didn’t realize it would be so much. But it is PayPal that takes it out, not Stillwhite. Other than that, I am pretty satisfied.

Great websites accept for final sale. We had a complication with the final transaction through pay pal. Luckily we were able to communicate through the problem and the dress was able to be sold. I would recommend other payment options besides pay pal. I never use pay pal because of previous bad experiences with Pay pal

The site was very easy to navigate, with filters and ways of searching for something specific. Information was clear and transparent, and making my final purchase was easy. Some of the sellers were unresponsive (which is not the fault of the platform itself), but it was clear which sellers were invested in selling their dress, or use the site more frequently, as their interactions were fast, kind, and helpful, which I think reflects the quality of the site.

I thought Still White was a great place to sell my dress. It was user friendly as a seller and with messaging options between buyer and seller that made communication easy.
