It's a good platform to sell wedding dresses and the great news is that they don't take commission! But I will say, the directions for the buyer and seller at the point of sale is very unclear. I was left wondering a lot of things, such as do we exchange addresses right away so we can calculate the exact shipping costs? Who creates the shipping label? Etc. Obviously safety is a big priority, so asking for addresses can seem super shady sometimes. If StillWhite could let the seller know to provide their address right away to calculate costs, that would legitimize the process.

I am absolutely delighted with my recent purchases. The dresses are absolutely beautiful and the sellers have been amazing, especially when it came to responding to me (which, unfortunately, cannot be said for the some of the first sellers I wrote to). The prompt support I received from Stillwhite (when was required) is next to none. I can highly recommend this site. User-friendly and easy manner to purchase. The process of listing and finding a buyer was fairly easy and convenient. The actual selling transaction was not as seamless; in order to sell you need to include shipping estimates to charge the buyer, but I was only given a city and not specific address to get an estimate from ups. As a result my shipping cost was $100 instead of the $75 estimate once the exact location was disclosed. By this point you’ve already received your payment and can’t really do anything about it . Also FYI you’ll lose a little bit in fees via PayPal that I didn’t realize on the front end either. Overall a good experience though! Those last steps could be ironed out a little bit.

I love the sight and the filter options. Shopping is great and selling is easy to post your gown and see the viewing progress. What I absolutely could NOT stand is that they ONLY use PayPal for the transactions. I've never had anything but issues with PayPal and incorrect transactions.. I was greatly disappointed that there were not various options for the Financials.

I really like the platform! It’s really nice to be able to browse for dresses and save the favorites. I wish the sizing filters were better as well as more available filters- such as having ‘mikado’ as being a a fabric option. The offer system is a bit strange and it isn’t clear if a seller is willing to accept offers or not and should probably be an option for sellers.

I was extremely impressed with the support that I received from Stillwhite in respect of a seller falsely reporting me. I am also very happy with my 3 purchases. However, Stillwhite have to do something about sellers who just do not bother to answer. It becomes rather frustrating when one has spent hours going through the different dresses, finding the one and contacting the seller, only to find that the seller never bothers to answer!

Stillwhite was simple to use. Took my gown 11 weeks to sell. I had previously listed the same brand new with tags gown on another site, and had no luck. I appreciate the security filter to help identify spam quickly and block scammers. The three potential buyers and the one eventual buyer were friendly and courteous. All communication was done easily through the site. I was able to quickly send more pictures and videos of the gown through message. I received payment on a Sunday for my sale via PayPal once I emailed the “offer” to my buyer and they completed on their end. I packaged the dress up and mailed via FedEx first thing Monday morning. My Buyer received (in a neighboring state) her gown on Tuesday morning even though the cheaper option of 2 day shipping was used.

Great website. Very secure and easy to use. I bought both my wedding dress and my after wedding party jumpsuit through still white, saving at least £2000 pounds. I've just sold one of those pieces and am close to selling the second. It feels good to be able to buy second hand dresses and then to pass them on to another bride. They're such precious pieces that deserve more than one outing and this is a brilliant way to re-use and share the love. The selling process was simple and very secure. For my wedding dress journey, I wanted to buy a used dress to get a designer dress within my budget. I used several other used wedding dress platforms and Still White had the most variety of sellers and and dresses in my size than any other platform. I love how secure and easy it is to communicate. I was using the browser for half the time until I installed the app and wish I'd done that sooner. It's so convenient to get notifications of new listings based on my saves searches. The only problem with Still White was that there were so many dresses within my budget and size, I couldn't decide on the between my saved favorites. I finally purchased a dress and consulted the help page often which reassured my trust in making sure I wasn't being scammed. Buying a dress from a seller overseas can be high risk but it's made possible by using Still White. I'll likely list my dress after my wedding for another bride to wear for their big day!
